Luna is engineered for continuous, 24/7 wear. Even a subtle size variation can influence comfort, stability, and biometric precision.

Proper sizing is critical for reliable sleep, recovery, heart rate, and readiness tracking.

By selecting the free sizing kit option, we will send you a precision sizing set to confirm your fit before your Luna Ring is shipped.

2. Select Your Finger

Luna may be worn on several fingers. For optimal data accuracy, we recommend the index, middle, or ring finger on your non-dominant hand.

This positioning allows the internal sensors to maintain consistent, uninterrupted contact with the skin, enhancing the reliability of your health insights.

The thumb and pinky are not recommended due to ergonomics and everyday comfort.

3. Experience the Fit

Your Luna sizing ring should feel secure, balanced, and effortless.

• It should sit flush against the skin without visible gaps
• It should rotate with gentle resistance
• It should remove smoothly without discomfort

Wear your selected size for a full 24 hours, including overnight. Finger size naturally fluctuates due to temperature, hydration, and activity levels.

If you find yourself between two sizes, we generally recommend selecting the larger size to maintain comfort across conditions.

Upon confirmation, we will proceed with dispatching your Luna Ring.
