We want you to be satisfied with your Luna purchase. This policy explains when returns, exchanges, or refunds may apply.

Size Exchanges — Luna Ring

If the ring size is incorrect, we offer a size exchange within 30 days of purchase for items purchased directly from our online store.

Conditions:

  • Applies only to purchases made through our online store
  • One size exchange per order
  • Exchange must be for the same product, colour, and style
  • Item must be returned undamaged and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Exchanges subject to stock availability

Shipping responsibility:

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • We cover shipping of the replacement size

After 30 days, returns may be declined or subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Change of Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase provided the item:

  • Was purchased from our online store
  • Is unused
  • Is in original packaging
  • Is in resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original delivery costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will arrange a replacement, or refund.

Return shipping will be arranged at our expense.

Warranty

All Luna products include a 12-month manufacturer warranty.

Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised modification, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
